Our programme at the Bread Ahead Academy presents an unparalleled opportunity for ten budding bakers to embark on a transformative culinary journey. This course is designed to empower aspiring talents, nurturing their passion for baking into a profession.
Through an immersive curriculum curated by our industry experts, participants will delve into the intricacies of baking, mastering techniques from the fundamentals through to the most current bakes. With industry level facilities at their disposal and personalised mentorship, each student will receive tailored guidance to harness their potential and refine their skills. As we aim to cultivate the next generation of baking professionals, we invite aspiring bakers to seize this rare opportunity and begin their journey towards baking excellence.
Applications for the October 2025 Semester are now open. The process begins with a digital application form. Following this, successful applicants may be invited to interview with our Academy team.

- TBC – In person interviews take place
- 9th October 2025 – First day of term

- Finalists will attend an in person interview with the Academy panel
