We’ve introduced some new bakes to this workshop, take your brioche baking even further with our expert bakers. Over the course of this half day workshop, you’ll truly master a variety of enriched brioche doughs.

You will learn to make our refreshing take on lemon curd filled Belgian buns, a classic brioche and savoury spinach & cheese brioche buns, a wonderfully versatile type of bread that you can confidently bake at home.

This course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
