Join us at The Tea House for an enchanting Choux Pastry Masterclass, where you’ll create three exquisite French treats. Guided by our skilled pastry chef, you’ll transform simple ingredients into stunning desserts.

First, you’ll craft Salted Caramel Eclairs with smooth vanilla crème and rich salted caramel topping. Then, master Choux au Craquelin with a crisp top and luxurious coconut crème filling. Finally, create Mini Paris-Brest, filled with delectable hazelnut crème.

Throughout the class, you’ll practice essential skills like mixing and piping choux pastry and assembling your creations for a show-stopping finish.

By the end, you’ll have a repertoire of elegant desserts to delight your family and friends!

This course uses wheat, rye, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
